Amazing customer service! I put in the wrong zip code so my order got returned to them. When I realized my mistake, I asked them to reship my order and I would be happy to pay for shipping. Instead they express shipped my order so my granddaughter was able to open her snuggable for Christmas and she loved it! She didn’t put it down the whole afternoon. I highly recommend the Snuggables and the company.

Amazing Staff
The snuggable I received was extremely soft and adorable, though it had one small flaw. Upon further thought I realized I didn't exactly want this product and went through in getting a partial refund. The snuggables staff were extremely helpful and were great at communication during the entire process. :)
